Such as blood pressure, sugar, thyroid, cholesterol etc. And in today's age we can see the problem of raising cholesterol in any ordinary man. Cholesterol is a fat produced by the liver. Cholesterol is very important in the functioning of our body. An increase in the level of low cholesterol in the blood means that it indicates various diseases. So know how to reduce high cholesterol. It is important to know that cholesterol is very good for our health. Problems arise when they start to build up in the blood cells. In this condition, blood circulation is obstructed, causing the heart to pump more intensely to deliver blood to other parts of the body.

There are two types of cholesterol. Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL).

LDL is bad for the body and HDL is good.

Primarily, cholesterol regulates hormones in the body. Helps keep the body healthy by absorbing toxins from the blood. Cholesterol levels need to be kept just right to keep the brain functioning. Cholesterol is very useful for making vitamins in the body from sunlight. Blood cholesterol levels should be kept between 3.6 and 7.8 milliliters per liter. When this level becomes 6 millimeters, it is referred to as high cholesterol. If it is greater than 7.8mm, there is a possibility of heart attack.

There are some specific causes of high cholesterol-

  • Hereditary

The increase in cholesterol is caused by-

  • High blood pressure
  • Tire quickly
  • Sweat
  • If blood pressure is high, the sugar level in diabetics rises

Ways to lower cholesterol | How to control cholesterol

Aloe Vera: Eating 50 grams of Aloe Vera daily on an empty stomach can help control cholesterol.

Coriander: Soak coriander in water overnight, get up in the morning and drink it.

Sprouted grains: It wouldn't be wrong to say that sprouted grains are good for the heart. Daily consumption of sprouted grains can lower bad cholesterol levels. You can have at least half a cup of rajma, mung, soybean with any soup, salad, or vegetable every day.

Oats: Start a healthy day by eating oats for breakfast. Eating oats every morning for 6 weeks reduced LDL by 5.3%.

Wine : Anyone who likes to drink wine keeps this hobby. Because drinking a small amount of wine twice a week can lower cholesterol levels.

Green Tea: The green tea contains less caffeine than coffee. It keeps the body healthy as it contains antioxidants. Drinking green tea every day boosts immunity and lowers bad cholesterol levels.

Fish : People who eat fish find it easier to lower bad cholesterol levels. Our body actually needs fatty acids and amino acids. In addition to providing energy to the body, vitamin D, fatty acids and amino acids are found in fish and help lower cholesterol levels.

Nuts : According to the American Heart Association, dried fruit is very important for our health, as it is rich in protein fiber and vitamin E. E are very important for lowering cholesterol. So you can eat dried fruit every day.

Reduce Obesity: Obesity is the leading cause of high cholesterol. Don't gain weight if your risk of high cholesterol increases. Due to high cholesterol and obesity, diseases such as diabetes and hypertension are produced in the body.

Yoga: Don't wait for weight gain to do yoga. Yoga maintains proper blood circulation, reduces the risk of heart disease, and boosts immunity. A person suffering from high cholesterol should do yoga five days a week. It can do jogging, swimming, cycling and aerobics. If nothing else, walk for at least half an hour every day.

Eat healthy food : Avoid fatty foods to keep cholesterol levels in check. You can eat foods that provide nutrients. Try to avoid egg yolks, fatty foods, cheese-based foods, creamy milk, and red meat.

Avoid taking medicine in excess: Do not take medicine without your doctor's advice. Instead of relying on medicine, try changing your lifestyle. Get your cholesterol checked every 6 months. And people aged 20 and over need to be tested once every 5 years.
