1. Vegetables

2. Dal

3. Colorful vegetables

6. Walnut

Nuts are as useful as walnuts. But the main difference between other nuts and walnuts is that they contain omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids help improve memory in growing children. Also, walnuts are rich in Vitamin-E, which reduces the rate of memory cell loss in children. So children should make a habit of eating 7/8 walnuts daily. If children do not want to eat walnuts directly, they can be fed using walnuts in desserts.

7. Milk

Milk and milk products like curd, cheese, cheese, chickpeas etc. are rich in protein and B vitamins. These nutrients help build brain tissue, neurotransmitters and enzymes, all of which play important roles in the brain. One of the most important components of milk is calcium. Children's calcium needs vary, depending on their age. If your baby doesn't like to drink milk, don't worry. Make milky treats like puddings, shakes, smoothies, or pancakes that are kids' favorites.

Many may think that oats are only eaten by adults for weight control. But also very useful for children.
