1) Breast milk:

5) Ghee:

Ghee is highly nutritious. Introduce the baby to ghee from the age of 8 months. Adding 1/2 drop of ghee to fruits/vegetables smashed, pureed or mixed khichuri increases its nutritional value. 6) Dairy:

When your baby reaches 1 year of age, you can include dairy products like yogurt in the diet. Seasonal fruits and vegetables contain natural sugars, vitamins, minerals, fiber that help boost the immune system. So try to include ripe papaya, mango, pineapple, apple etc. in your baby's diet.
